Berry- Oatmeal Smoothie

I usually drink water or juice-based smoothies, I never thought I’d go for a milk-based one, but this drink was a nice surprise. I enjoyed it just as much, and it kept me satisfied for longer than the juice or water-based ones do. Definitely a keeper.
Yield: 1 large or 2 small smoothies
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen mango
¼ cup frozen blueberries
1 cup milk
¼ cup oats
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
Note: This comes out pretty thick. If you like your drinks thinner, add some milk, a little bit at a time.
