Burger Cups

This adorable twist on the classic burger is a great way to get the little ones to eat. Customize the
toppings to suit your family’s taste.
Yield: 12 cups
Ingredients:
1.5 lb. ground meat
Dash of salt
Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons Bone Suckin’ Sauce
6 burger buns, halved
Toppings:
Hot pepper rings
Pickled onions
Diced tomatoes
Sesame seeds
Honey-mustard sauce:
4 tablespoons mayonnaise (regular or spicy)
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vinegar
Drop of water, if needed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, combine meat, spices, and sauce.
Spray muffin pans with oil spray.
Flatten buns with a rolling pin.
Place 1 bun in each muffin cup, pressing up against the sides of the cup to make sure the bun goes up
the sides (otherwise the food will fall out). The bun should serve as the “cup.”
Spoon meat mixture onto each bun and bake for 25–30 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine honey-mustard sauce ingredients.
Top “cups” with desired toppings and drizzle sauce over toppings.
Serve immediately.
