Cake Kabobs

We all love a pretty dessert with little effort. The prep time can be cut down by buying store-bought brownies and cubed fruit. Have fun with any variation you can think of!

6 servings 

Fudgy Brownie recipe: 

1/2 c cocoa

1 stick marg

Pinch salt

2 eggs

1/4 c flour

1 c sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 c chopped walnuts ( optional)

Fudge sauce:

1/3 c cocoa

3/4 c sugar

5 oz whip

1/2 stick marg

Boil ingredients in a pot. 

Skewer options:

Pineapple

Strawberries 

Mango

Kiwi

Marshmallows 

Store bought caramel syrup for drizzling.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. To make brownie, melt marg and cocoa until smooth. Shut the flame

Add one egg at a time and mix quickly. Add rest of ingredients . Pour into a greased 8×8 pan. Bake for 45-50 min. It’s ok if the center isn’t fully ready, it’ll continue baking while it’s still hot.

It’s best to assemble kabobs when cake is cold or frozen. Cut into cubes and string cake, fruit and marshmallows onto skewers. Drizzle with caramel and serve with fudge dipping sauce.
