Cracking Iced Latte

A delicious, refreshing summer drink that’s easy and fun to make! Feel free to swap the latte for flavored milk or iced hot cocoa. Or your favorite drink!
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons chocolate chips
½ teaspoon margarine
12 oz. milk (approx. 1½ cups)
2 teaspoons instant coffee, dissolved in a drop of hot water
1 teaspoon sweetener of choice
Ice
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips and margarine.
Line a clear plastic cup with mixture. I used back of a spoon to coat cup. (You’re basically painting inside of cup with melted chocolate.)
Place cup in freezer for about 10 minutes.
Fill cup with ice and rest of ingredients or favorite drink.
Gently press cup so hardened chocolate cracks into drink.
Stir.
