Deli Quesadillas

If you’re looking for a lower-carb version of your favorite deli sandwiches, here you go.

Yield: 4 servings


Honey-mustard dressing

4 10-inch wraps

1 6-oz. package pastrami

1 5-oz. package turkey

Fried onions


Spread honey-mustard dressing on half of each wrap.

Add 2 slices turkey and 2 slices pastrami.

Top with fried onions and fold wraps over to close.

Place in a greased frying pan and fry on both sides until toasted.
