Everything- Encrusted London Broil

I prefer London broil for it’s quick prep, but the coating really topped this one off!

Yield: 6 servings


2 lbs. London broil

4 frozen garlic cubes

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

½ teaspoon ginger

½ cup everything spice


Place meat on a flat surface and pound with the back of a meat pounder. (This helps tenderize the meat.)

Rub with garlic and place in a sealable plastic bag.

In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients besides everything spice. Pour over meat, seal bag, and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat broiler to 400°F.

Coat meat fully in everything spice and place in a baking dish.

Broil for 10 minutes on each side.

Allow to sit for 10 minutes, then slice against the grain.

Note: If you prefer your meat more well done, bake covered after broiling for 30 minutes at 325°F.
