Fish Tacos

December 18, 2025

Crispy, seasoned fish tucked into toasted wraps with guac, cabbage, and your favorite dressing—simple, flavorful, and so fresh.

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 lb. turbot or any white fish, cut into chunks

1–2 tablespoons avocado oil

Paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt, to taste

4 medium-size wraps (I use Wrap It brand)

Shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix

Dressing of choice, for drizzling

Guacamole

2 avocados

1 small shallot, finely chopped

1 small tomato, diced

Juice of ½ lime

Salt and garlic powder, to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 500°F.

Place fish in a bowl with oil and seasonings.

Mix until evenly coated.

Lay fish pieces on a parchment-paper-lined baking pan.

Broil for 10–12 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

Place wraps on a tray and spray or brush lightly with oil.

Broil for 3 minutes, until just golden.

To prepare guacamole, mash and mix everything together.

To assemble, spread guacamole over a toasted wrap.

Add a handful of shredded cabbage or coleslaw.

Top with fish pieces.

Drizzle with dressing of choice.

Enjoy right away.
