The citrusy lemonade mixed with the creamy ice cream makes for a perfect combination.
Yield: 4–6 servings
1 cup lemon juice
½ cup sugar
1 ½ cups water
1 gallon vanilla ice cream
Mix the lemon juice, sugar, and water together and place in the fridge for 1 hour (this can be done in advance).
In a blender, combine the lemonade and ice cream.
Serve with sliced lemons.
Variation: Feel free to use store-bought lemonade and/or change up the flavor. My kids love raspberry
