Everything good in one small bite.

 

Yield: 48 mini cheesecake bites

 

Ingredients:

Crumbs:

¾ cup graham cracker crumbs

2 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons butter, melted

 

Cheese layer:

1½ cups whipped cream cheese

1½ cups sour cream

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

Whip, for garnish

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease 48 mini muffin cups.

Mix crumb ingredients until well combined.

Press into bottom of muffin cups and bake for 4 minutes.

Lower oven temperature to 230°F.

Whisk cheese ingredients, adding one ingredient at a time, until just combined.

Spoon into muffin tins, filling to top.

Bake for 1 hour.

Allow to cool.

Garnish with whip and additional crumbs.
