Honey- Roased Florets with Spicy Nuts

Although cauliflower in its simplest form is delicious, dressing it up the right way results in a unique and sophisticated dish.
Yield: 6–8 servings
1 bag frozen cauliflower florets, defrosted
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons mustard
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon roasted red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons paprika
1/3 cup spicy peanuts
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place cauliflower in a pan, making sure not to overcrowd.
In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients except peanuts. Pour over florets and stir.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until edges are browning, stirring midway.
Sprinkle peanuts over cauliflower and serve immediately.
