Ingredients:

Salad:

1 bag shredded white cabbage

1 red pepper, diced

¼ cup spicy peanuts

Dressing:

¼ cup Craisins

¼ cup sugar

¼ cup oil

¼ cup vinegar

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 teaspoon sriracha sauce

Directions:

In a container, combine dressing ingredients and shake.

Place salad components in a serving bowl and toss with dressing.

Note: Cabbage salads have a fridge life, but keep out the peanuts.
