1 teasp oon paprika

1 teasp oon garlic powder

1 teaspoon kosher salt

2½–3 lb. (approximately 12) minute steaks (with the vein in the center)

2 large onions, sliced into half moons

2 3-oz. packages ramen noodles (discard flavor packets)

1 32-oz. bag frozen broccoli florets

½ cup orange juice

½ cup barbecue sauce

½ cup honey

½ cup teriyaki sauce

1 tablespoon     chili garlic sauce

4 teaspoons minced ginger or 4 frozen ginger cubes

8 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup water

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and spices.

Dredge both sides of each steak in the mixture, then place in a large roasting pan (this will not fit in a 9”x13” pan). Top with onions.

In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Pour over meat. Cover with heavy-duty foil.

Bake for 2 hours.

Remove pan from oven. Add ramen noodles, 1 package at each end of the pan (you do not need to break them up yet), pushing down in the pan. Add frozen broccoli. Cover and bake for 1 additional hour.

Remove pan from oven and toss everything together.

Tip: Don’t own a roasting pan? Use a heavy-duty disposable roasting pan instead.
