So simple, so kid-friendly, and so not heavy dairy.

 

 

Yield: 3 servings

 

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 teaspoon paprika

3 tilapia fillets, cut into nuggets

Cornflake crumbs

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

¼ teaspoon chili flakes

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

½ cup honey

¼ cup hot sauce

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Stir egg with paprika.

Coat fish nuggets with egg mixture.

Combine cornflake crumbs, spices, and sesame seeds.

Coat nuggets and place on greased baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Whisk honey and hot sauce.

Toss nuggets in sauce and serve.
