Spicy Sweet Frozen Grapes
Dress up your grapes for a refreshing frozen treat. These have such an awesome taste, like nothing you’ve ever tried before.
Yield: 6 servings
Ingredients:
6 cups red and/or green grapes, stemmed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon chili flakes
Directions:
Place grapes in a 2-gallon Ziploc bag.
Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over grapes. Shake well and freeze overnight.

Icy Slushy Pink Lemonade
Ahhhh… An amazing treat to have in the freezer for those sticky, hot days.
Yield: 4–6 servings
Ingredients:
¾ cup plus 3 cups water
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup lemon juice
¼ cup pomegranate juice
Directions:
Dissolve ¾ cup of water and sugar in a pot over low heat. When cool, stir in remaining ingredients. Freeze in a 9-by-13-in. baking pan. Freeze for 6 hours while scraping mixture with a fork every 2 hours.

Mini Frozen Peanut Butter Crunch Bites
My kids go nuts over these wicked little things! They are ridiculously simple to put together—which is part of the problem…
Yield: 20 mini bites
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cups crushed cereal, such as Chex or Rice Krispies
1 cup chocolate chips
½ teaspoon oil
Directions:
With gloved hands, combine peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla. Knead in the crushed cereal until a smooth dough forms. Roll into 20 small balls and freeze on a tray for 1 hour.
Melt chocolate chips and oil in the microwave and stir until smooth. Dip peanut butter balls halfway into chocolate. Using a fork, drizzle chocolate over the top. Freeze for 1 additional hour.
