I don’t know about you, but all summer long nonstop, my kids are asking for ice pops. These smoothie pops are a summer favorite here. They’re something the kids are excited about, and they’re also Mommy approved! Now they can have ice pops all day long.

Ingredients:

Purple smoothie:

3 packets frozen açaí

1 cup frozen strawberries

¼ cup almond butter

½–1 cup coconut water

1–2 tablespoons honey

Green smoothie:

1 handful spinach leaves

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen mango

½–1 cup coconut water

Yellow smoothie:

1 cup frozen mango

½ cup frozen peach

½–1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients of your smoothie of choice.

Using your funnel, pour smoothie into bags.

Don’t exceed fill line.

Freeze and enjoy.

For a fancier, layered option, make 1 smoothie, fill the bag ¼ of the way and freeze upright for 1–2 hours. Make a second smoothie and do the same, repeat with your third color smoothie and freeze completely.

Note: These are also a great idea for whenever you have a drop of extra smoothie you don’t know what to do with—no more smoothie going to waste!
