Strawberry Cheesecake Shake

April 23, 2026

This creamy, yummy, pretty strawberry drink pairs so well with the rich white chocolate sauce. When preparing the shake in advance, it can become separated, but a good stir makes it as good as new. The chocolate sauce works well straight from the fridge.
Yield: 3–4 servings
Ingredients:
8 oz. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
2 cups milk
1½ cups ice cream, softened
1 8-oz. container whipped cream cheese
¼ cup confectioners’ sugar, or to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
White Chocolate Sauce
½ cup whole milk
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup sugar
4.5 oz. white chocolate bar broken into small pieces, or white chocolate chips
Directions:
To prepare white chocolate sauce, place milk, cream, and sugar in a small pot.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer for 15–20 minutes, until reduced to ¾ cup.
Remove from heat; add chocolate.
Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until melted and smooth.
If chocolate isn’t completely melted, return to low heat and stir until melted.
Let sit for at least 30 minutes to thicken, then refrigerate until ready to use.
To prepare shake, place all ingredients in bowl of a smoothie maker.
Blend until smooth.
To serve, drizzle white chocolate sauce in each of 3–4 tall glasses.
(You may not need all of it. Use rest for topping ice cream or stirring into hot chocolate or coffee.)
Fill with strawberry cheesecake shake.
