Sweet Honey Steak Bites

These steak bites are perfect for when you need a Pesach-friendly crowd-pleaser.
Yield: 4–6 servings
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1½ lb. fillet steak, cut in cubes
3 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
sliced jalapeño, for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side, until well browned.
Move steak to side and add garlic.
Sauté until fragrant.
Add honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and spices and toss to coat.
Simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring often, until sauce thickens into a shiny glaze.
Transfer steak to platter and drizzle with sauce from pan.
Top with chopped parsley or place 1–2 steak cubes on a toothpick with a slice of jalapeño.
