Malawach dough make these hamantaschen so flaky and crispy, they’re seriously addictive!
Yield: 25 hamantaschen
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
2 onions, diced
1 sweet potato, diced
1 10-oz. package white mushrooms, diced
1 zucchini, diced
1 package malawach (6 sheets), defrosted but cold
Sweet chili sauce, for drizzling
Directions:
In a frying pan, heat oil and sauté onion until golden. Add the rest of the vegetables and sauté until soft.
Cut circles in the malawach with the top of a glass.
Place filling in the center of each circle. Pinch the 3 corners tightly.
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes, until brown.
Drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
