Firecracker Salmon

Enjoy this salmon recipe with an incredible sauce that combines sweet and spicy ingredients for an easy, delicious dinner.
Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, chopped
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
2½ tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
1.5 lb. salmon fillet, skinned
2 scallions, chopped, for garnish
Directions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except fish and scallions..
Place salmon in a large baking dish and pour marinade on top.
Rub marinade over the top and bottom of the salmon.
Marinate in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Bake salmon for 15–20 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from oven and garnish with chopped scallions.
