Homemade Granola Bars

Yield: 16 granola bars

Ingredients:

1 cup creamy peanut butter

⅔ cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon salt

2½ cups rolled oats

½ cup dried cranberries/pumpkin seeds/sunflower seeds/cashews (I used all)

Directions:

Line 2 8”x8” pans with parchment paper and set aside.

Place peanut butter in the microwave until you can stir it, approximately 30 seconds. Stir all ingredients together with a greased gloved hand and press evenly into pans. Freeze for 2 hours to harden, then keep refrigerated.
