I love serving these at barbecues since they’re such a fun and easy finger food. Save some for your Shabbos meat board too.
Yield: 22 mini kebabs
16 oz. kielbasa
3 frozen garlic cubes
½ cup honey barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
16 oz. frozen broccoli cuts
Slice the kielbasa.
In a bowl, mix garlic, barbecue sauce, and sesame seeds. Marinate the kielbasa and broccoli for 30 minutes.
Thread kielbasa and broccoli onto skewers.
Grill or broil until they brown, for about 4 minutes on each side.
