Pastrami Puff Stacks

Pile up as many as you want; the sky’s the limit.
Yield: 10 stacks of 4
Ingredients:
1 small onion, diced
1 tablespoon oil
12 slices pastrami, cubed
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
40 mini puff pastry squares
½ cup mayonnaise
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a pan, heat oil and sauté onion until soft.
Add pastrami and fry for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in barbecue sauce.
Lay out puff pastry squares and smear with mayonnaise.
Cover with pastrami topping.
Bake for 15 minutes or until dough is puffy.
Serve stacked.
